Apple Crumble
(for 1 person)
Sorang je nak makan, jadi guna 1/4 apple cukup lah
Diced apple +2 tbsp brown sugar + 0.5 tspn cinnamon powder
Pack apple dices in a ramekin/other ovenproof container
Meanwhile, mix 1 tbsp butter + 2 tbsp flour + 1 tbsp chopped nuts
Mix well with fingers until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs
Sprinkle the crumbs on top of apple layer
Preheat the oven at 180'C. When ready, bake for 15-20 minutes
Tadaaa!!! Hasil dari oven
For an extra uumph, top with your favourite ice cream ;>

Anim, Ayu plak suka strawberry cheesecake. Flavour lain yg berkacang2 pun agaknya best, tapi belum pernah try la. Selection di Albert Hein kan terhad.. Tapi papepun, romig en lekker!! ;>
